About Next Steps
Next Steps helps people with depression in Woking, Runnymede and surrounding areas through the provision of depression information, signposting and support. This support includes one-to-one meetings and several individual support groups.
The project also helps people with depression to access sport and exercise through weekly walking for health sessions.
The provision of support and information by Next Steps aims to help increase the abilities of people who use the service to better self-manage their own emotional health, and aid prevention of future episodes of ill health through increased knowledge and awareness of self help strategies and wellbeing maintenance.
Introductory one-to-one chats with our depression support worker.
